SendFox Gravity Forms Addon

Thank you for downloading the Gravity Forms SendFox Addon plugin. We have some steps we need to do to get this working within your WordPress Gravity Forms installation. Minimum requirements can be found here.

(We assume that you are familiar with setting up WordPress plugins and also Gravity Forms)

This plugin is no longer available for sale and is only supported for existing customers until the end of their subscription.

Initial Setup #

  1. Install the plugin. (For help on plugin management and installations)
  2. You will need to get a SendFox API Token from here. (How to get the API Token)
    • The new token will only appear once. Copy and paste it somewhere safe, like a password manager. It is also a very long token!
  3. To set up the plugin, navigate to the Gravity Forms settings page. (Forms/Settings).
  4. Click on “SendFox Addon”
Graphic showing the SendFox Addon settings page within Gravity Forms settings.
  1. Paste the very long API Token into the empty text box. It will fit!
  2. Click on the “Update Button” button. This will contact SendFox and validate the API Token. If all is good, a green check mark will appear to the right of the token field.

Individual Form Setup #

SendFox can only accept the Email Address, First Name and Last Name. It needs the email address as a minimum requirement. We set any SendFox list you wish to add the contact as part of the feed below.

  1. When you are creating or editing your form, you will need at least the “email” field to add to the form.
  2. After designing the form, click on “Settings”. “SendFox Addon” should appear either in the menu drop-down or on the side of the form settings.

  1. When setting up the SendFox feed, you can map your form field names to what SendFox requires. At a very minimum “email” is required. First Name and Last Name are optional.
  2. The plugin will retrieve any lists setup in SendFox and you can pick the List you want to add the contact to.
  3. Save and then add the form to your page/post as needed.
  4. As always, I recommend testing.
